Massage the dressing into the cabbage and chill 10–20 minutes before serving — the cabbage softens slightly and the flavors come together.

| Dried cranberries | 60 g |
| Cilantro, chopped | 15 g |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 30 g |
| Apple cider vinegar | 20 g |
| Lemon juice | 15 g |
| Sea salt | 4 g |
| Black pepper | 2 g |
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and massage the dressing into the cabbage with your hands.
- Refrigerate 10–20 minutes before serving.
