Volunteer With Us
Every meal we've made was made by volunteers. Here's how to join them.
Since April 2026 our volunteers have made 286 meals and handed out more than 13,000 pounds of fresh produce, over 1,250 bags. They cooked from scratch in donated kitchens, packed grocery bags, served plates and sat down with the families we serve. There is no experience required and no minimum commitment. Most people come for one shift, and a lot of them come back.

Produce Sorting & Bagging

Help us get ready for Saturday's produce giveaway. We sort donated fruit and vegetables and pack them into grocery bags, so that every bag is checked by hand before it reaches a family. This is the shift where most of the work happens, and it is where we need the most people. Come for the whole window or any part of it. No experience needed, just show up.

Community Produce Giveaway

Everything is pre-bagged from Friday, so this shift is about getting food to families quickly. You will hand out bags, direct traffic and help load cars. Families often start arriving before we open, so an early start matters. No experience needed, just show up.

Good to Know
Volunteers age 18 and over can sign up on their own. Volunteers under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some events add a short waiver or a partner orientation step, and when they do we'll tell you before the day.
