Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2026 Interwoven Church, 4848 Eagle Rock Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90041
We gave away more than 600 bags of fresh produce, about 5,000 pounds of fruit and vegetables, every pound of it donated. Some families took home more than one bag.
Two Days
On Friday, volunteers loaded produce off the pallets in the morning and spent the evening sorting and bagging it by hand. By the end of the night every row of seats held a line of packed bags.
On Saturday we ran it as a drive through. Cars came in from Addison Way, volunteers loaded bags into each trunk, and cars left on Laverna Avenue.
Thank You
To Interwoven Church for hosting us, to the Social Justice Learning Institute and Seeds of Hope for the food, and to every volunteer who came out on either day.

No narration. Music plays over footage of the event: a forklift loading pallets of produce into a van, volunteers unloading boxes, volunteers in gloves sorting blackberries and bagging produce indoors, rows of seats filled with packed grocery bags, and cars lined up along the street for the drive through.
On screen text reads: A meal can change a moment. A field can change a future. Seed to Serve LA. Join the movement.
